Byron Dozier provided me with great customer service. He recommended a tire rotation which I knew I needed. He told me I would be notified when my vehicle was ready. Which he did. Thank you for helping me on such short notice.

Unfortunately, Alfredo Mejía did not meet my expectations. For years I’ve been doing my car service here and for the 1st time I was NOT given the information of my current car service needs or future services. The service light was on that indicated it needed a few more services then just a free oil change. Which was the A13 service. Alfredo did not inform me of the service needed. Nor a usual call was made to advice me.
With that said, I’m still concern of my car needs.

Even though Cezar took care of the problem the couple of times he helped me, the rest of the staff was lost and had poor communication. Every day I followed up hoping my car would be ready, it was not. I spoke to a Byron, Juan, and a lady in the service department and every person would tell me my car “will be ready tomorrow” and it was not. if I didn’t ask to speak to a manager my car would’ve probably still be there. I took my car here coz my husband has done so in the past and we were satisfied with the results. Unfortunately not this time. Yes, my car got fixed but, it had to be. I wish they would have told me from the beginning, your car won’t be ready for 1 week, here’s a rental. But I had to force them to give me a rental after 6 days, the same day I get my car. I wish they would communicate with each other if the person will not be working, in my case they did not and I was tossed around not knowing what was going on with my car. Also, they left my car VERY dirty, inside had dust all over like they left my car windows open. I am very surprised and disappointed in the service department here. I hope they will be better for their customers moving forward.
