Myself and my roommate have had poor customer service at this location. I knew I had a warranty but was treated as if I didn’t know what I was talking about. I showed the paper copy of it and as it turns out, it’s through a third party. Understandable that there was confusion. However, the customer service shifted greatly into very few words and irritation now that I was not handing over money. I get it but there are too many other places that know to how be respectful and kind regardless of whether they’ll be directly making money off of me or not.
My roommate went for an oil change and as told he needed a new battery. He asked them not to put the battery in as he has not had any signs that he needed a new battery, car has been running fine. However, they put the new battery in anyways and wanted to charge him.
There’s being a decent service service team and then there is being a gamey sales person who doesn’t provide the same quality experience for each customer.
