My disappointment was not with the service team nor the service itself. I dropped off my vehicle. I looked online at the dealership’s website after I paid online. It showed the hours of the Service Center as open until 7 pm. Arriving at 6:30 pm, I discovered the Service Center closed.
This is really embarrassing for a business to not have its website current.
I absolutely do not want this survey to reflect poorly on Alfredo or the Service Department.
Please update the business hours on your website.
