When I called to setup the appointment, I told the Sevice person that I had issues with my seat heaters and also issues with noise when the driver side window goes down. When I arrived at the service center I was told that they could not service the seats because it would take longer than a day. I was also told that the service person that scheduled my appointment stated that I did NOT request work on my seat heater, which I did! So not only were we not able to get our seats serviced, I also was not happy to hear there was no record of my van needing service on the seat heater. I would have been fine if I was told prior to coming in that the seat service would take more than one day so I could have selected a different day to drop the car off.
