You should honestly do everything you can to keep Byron working for you(looking at annual performance review raises). The job market is tight. Here you have a loyal employee who has been with you 6 years(I asked him cause I have seen him there every time I come in). Tbh, all of the Service Department has always impressed me. You have earned my trust, and I deive past several Honda Dealerships to go to yours. Byron is a longterm part of the team I have trusted with my vehicles for over 10 years. Promote him. Raises. Whatever it takes. Don't lose high quality teammates in a job market like this one. He did a fantastic job again today. I am always satisfied. I do not know any of the employees personally.
