One of the cover in my rims got broken after tire rotation as part of annual minor maintenance on my jonda pilot. oil Personnel stated that it "just suddenly broke during reinstallation of the tire." This part requires attention to detail during removal and/or reinstallation. Advisor Byron was kind enough to submit a claim on my behalf for possible reimbursement of the part I just bought from ebay ($61). Hopefully management will approve it. Thank you.
