They did not release my car when it was finished because they did not receive the insurance payment yet. My adjuster spoke to them many times and gave them check numbers and confirmation numbers and my car has already been there for 2 weeks they know my insurance is going to pay them but they would not help me out and I told them the car rental ends Monday . My Insurance said that they always handle their transactions like this and Honda is the only dealer they have come across that would not release the car . I thought Honda was about helping people not just fixing and selling cars
