This by far the best CustomerService i have received from a dealership. Adrian is a top tier employee and Hardin Honda is lucky to have him. He took care of me from start to end. He made sure to keep me in the loop at all time. He was patient with me even thought I had questions and not for one second did I feel like I was just another number. He made me feel welcomes.

Just better customer service. This was my first service visit at your dealership. When I came in young kid with blue and white jacket as I am walking in, he said “ go and stay in your car” with attitude, no please no nothing!!! He needs to attend a class in customer service. This was your FACE of your dealership….. then with Byron, no smile, no nothing as if he don’t want to be there… He mentioned it’s lunch time, it seems like everyone hungry and need lunch so they can treat your customers better and trust me we have a lot of Honda service options in the area!!!
