First thing that needs to happen is taking responsibility and knowing when to apologize for a mistake you have made. Then accommodating with everything your customer needs to relieve and stress would be helpful as well. Also, you can find a way to make your customer feel more secure in the vehicle you have supposedly fixed. You may also want to work harder at your customer service skills. I am not ok with the way I was treated.

The mechanic inspected the air filters, and the filter that is accessible through the glove compartment, had black residue on the papes inside the glove compartment. So it doesn't appear that the mechanic was wearing gloves or a clean pair of gloves.
