I scheudled an appointment with Bryon through the online portal. When I arrived, I was told Bryon was not working that day. I scheduled a minor serivce (oil change and tire rotation) for 3pm. I was informed there were other cars ahead of me being serviced and that my wait time for a minor service would be approximately two hours. I did not receive any confirmation or updates at 5:30 p.m., which is two and a half hours late and 30 minutes later than the estimated time. I had to call repeatedly to get service on the line and again update that they were only starting to service my car at 5:45 p.m. and that I would be able to pick up my car at 6 or 6:10 p.m. I was fortunate enough to have someone pick me up and drop me off otherwise I would have had to wait over 3 hours for my car to be service. Again I scheduled a service appointment and still had to wait extremely long to receive my car after a minor service.
