It only took about two hours like they said it would, Lobby was comfortable and staff was nice and welcoming. Felt good to be there.

I clearly articulated the 3 issues that caused me to tow my new vehicle in for service at my expense. After waiting all day and hearing nothing, I finally got a call 2 hours before close, saying "we found nothing wrong come get your car". The paperwork given re the service was sloppy, inaccurate and completely condescending, stating things like "car will idle high when cold". 2 of the 3 issues I came in for were not addressed at all and/or noted completely incorrectly. I was told I could leave my car for ANOTHER day so they could do what should have been in the first place (so I could be without a car with a newborn at this horrible level of service). Service was sloppy and rushed and silly reasons were given for the issues I experienced, essentially citing user error. I would not recommend Hardin Honda to anyone ever based on this experience.

Cezar was great from scheduling through the entire process. However, the next time I drove the car the tire pressure light went on which was aggregating after $700 for servicing.
