I had an appointment @1:30 for an oil change, the representative said the service would be done by 4pm. My car wasn’t done until 5pm which is ridiculous considering there was no communication from the representative that it was going to take longer. They also didn’t go over the checklist of what was done to my car. After the service was done, they left papers in my car that could’ve been disposed of by the person who brought my car to the front. Overall, I expected way better service from a dealership, especially Hardin Honda.

Had called and asked about service and was given a time frame it could be done, ended up getting my car there early and was told it would be done by a certain time so that I could get to work using my car. Car was finished and I received a call about an hour after it was supposed to be done and I was already at work. I understand you guys get busy and things don't always go as planned but it if it didnt have a high chance of being done before I needed it I would have come back the next day instead.

I have been having trouble starting car it sounded rough and sometimes had to turn key more then once. I took my carin to look at but no lights lit so Alfredo said nothing would show. I took that in for oil change and general look at on Friday 12/17/2021 . The service department found no problems computer said everything ok. Saturday 12/18/2021 at about 9:00 pm my car would not start at all I was with 2 other elderly friends stuck in the cold. We called friends to take us home. Had car towed to Hardin Honda on Sunday. Was unable to go to work Monday. I believe if you had competent help a good mechanic they should have been able to diagnose the problem. Myself and my friends knew it appeared to be the starter. All over 70 and not happy to be stranded at night in the cold.
