Chris was a very nice and helpful individual. I really appreciated his communication, as well as not trying to push any extra additional “things” that need fixing. I’ve been to a number of car dealership and service places and somehow they always manage to find $3,000 worth of things that were “important”. He told me that everything looked good and that nothing is urgent right now. Chris is a great guy!

Frustrated that I had an 8am appointment time for Monday 12/27 (called on Friday 12/24 to schedule it) and my car wasn’t even looked at that day. I was told they were still working on other cars from Friday. It wasn’t a parts issue because I asked. I get everyone is backed up but why continue to schedule appointments if the the workers cannot get the car out in a day? I was called on 12/28 at 1:00 for me to pick up my car. That is a five-hour window to get my car fixed yet it took a day and a half. Frustrated to say the least.
