I was very pleased with the follow up service provided by Cesar Melena, after initially bringing my vehicle in and being assisted by Nyle. He got the ball rolling after called and he picked up the phone and tried to help me troubleshoot my problem. When my car didn’t respond he suggested I bring it in so he could inspect the fuses. That didn’t work so I left my car, and after following up with me and explaining what was going on and price of a replacement, he ordered a new part. He also mentioned that I might be eligible for assistance.With the holiday weekend approaching and my vehicle in repair mode he told me that he would not be working Monday but that his coworker Cezar would follow up with me. And it was a ‘helpful Honda moment’ when I got the update from Cezar earlier today that my car was ready and that the DM approved a significant discount!! I’m so grateful!! I have brought my car in recently for an oil change, tire rotation, brakes etc…and then experienced a blowout so ended up w 2 new rear tires!! Adrian was very helpful with tat process. I’ve been bringing my 2017 Honda Accord Coupe to Hardin from the beginning of my lease, and now I am paying my car off. She’s a keeper!! Thank you so much for helping me out and getting my car back on track!! Happy New Year!!

Getting charged 69 dollars for a 10 dollar part on amazon and 5 minutes is not cool. Salesmanship is over the top. Trying to sell tire rotation, etc etc.other dealerships weve been do not have the same pressure tactics. Sufice it to say we wont return

I was really thankful for how quickly Juan was able to service my car and how willing he was to help. I had issues with weir Honda for the past month and wasn't able to get my car serviced, but Juan took care of me within a day and kept me update throughout the process.
