We have escalated the NAVI Clock Issue to our Engineering Team and they have informed us that you will experience issue from Jan 2022 thru August 2022 and then it will auto-correct. Please be assured that we will continue to monitor this and will advise you if a fix is available before that time.

Came in to your dealership for a fairly simple task. Brought a blank Honda key to get it duped/programmed for my 1998 Honda Accord. Asked for an estimate first but didn’t receive one at that point. My car was checked in and after a few minutes I was told I needed an SRS air bag for my car, even though my car had an oem one installed. I wonder how that determination was made since my car was still sitting where I parked it, in the service check in lane. A few minutes later I was told the key programming would be $150. Since I could buy an EUC programmer for $150 on eBay and program my car’s ECU to accept the key, i declined and decided to leave. Drove it to the next honda dealership and asked them to program the key and they did it free of charge and was out of there in less than 5 minutes. Being that I’ve been a Honda owner for over 22 years I would think that something as simple as programming a key wouldn’t cost an arm and a leg or that I would try to be upsold on something I didn’t need. I know where to go next time I need service for my accord.

Chris always does a wonderful job. My only concern was the long wait for check-in and service at the “Express Service” department. It is not equipped to handle the volume of customers needing service today. I would hate to see quality of service suffer to accommodate the large volume.
