By far this is the best experience I've had with a svc specialist at any of the Hondas I've been to. Juan was polite, kind and answered all my questions despite having to work on Christmas eve. There were no hidden fees and everyone knew and gave the same prices when I called beforehand to inquire about the svcs I needed. Paul was also very helpful and prompt calling me back. He was the initial reason why I decided to try out Hardin. Thank you! I will be making the switch from Buena Park honda to Hardin.
