I’ve been coming for an ongoing issue since I purchased my vehicle. I informed my advisor of a rattling noise coming behind the sound system and it occurred whenever I accelerate. After keeping my vehicle all day his diagnosis was that the chain around my rear view mirror was making that noise. He should’ve just called me an idiot at that point. Very disappointed with Hardin Honda. I’ve purchased 3 vehicles in the last 2 years all paid out cash and 2 have turned out to be Lemon’s.

You had my car for two days to tell me nothing was wrong with it. Immediately upon picking it up, the EXACT SAME problem that I told you was happening when I brought it in repeated. A simple google search showed that the problem I described (infotainment issues with Honda Odysseys) is a well known problem, with articles, videos, and even notice of a class action lawsuit. And yet, you could find “nothing wrong” with the vehicle. Don’t bother contacting me for a follow up.
