Cezar remained polite when I had beef about taking cars first that were behind me. I had arrived before them. He said he was told to take them because of appointments. This has nothing to do with him but Brianna told me twice when calling to make appointment that it was first come first serve. I believe Honda has a break down in communication. Nevertheless Cezar did go on to say he apologized and remained polite. Message to Honda taking customers in order they arrived is important! Again no reflection on the service advisor.

I was charged 240 dollars for something another dealer didn't install right, I was given next to no communication on the status of my car and I call 3 times and go to the physical dealership to get an update on it. Cezar himself was fine and when I needed information he assisted me but everything else was awful.
