Came here for oil change and tire rotation. I had appointment at 10:45AM. Adrian took care of my car. He said it around 3 hours because there were 8 cars ahead, I was okay with that and told him that I had appointment and waiting at the customer lounge. Few people came after me and they were already left. 3.5 hours later I came to him at around 2:00 PM and he knew what happened, he said the technician was working on my car 20 more mins and I would be good to go. However, at 2:45pm I came to him he once again said technician was wrapping up 5 more mins. And finally, I came out of the service department at 3:30.
It took me 5hours to get my car done. I'm so exhausted and tired waiting for them. 8 CARS AHEAD CANNOT BE DONE BY SO MANY TECHNICIANS IN 5HOURS? I counted at least 10 technicians working that shift. I supposed to have my car done earlier than customer who just drop off and pick up later. I WAITED 5 HOURS WITH APPOINTMENT. WORST SERVICE EVER.
I came here so many times they have my record and everything. This time is so awful. Won't come back. They wasted my time.

I dropped off my car for an oil change and never received an update. I kept calling to check in for the status of my car and after numerous attempts, they answered the next day, saying it was ready. Apparently, my service advisor, Czar Melina was off today, but no one contacted me to let me know my car was ready and had to take the day off today to wait for my car.
I was very disappointed in the service I received and the lack of communication.
