I do not need to be contacted. No matter what Jesus Lara (He is a very good service technician.) says, he told me 2 to 2 1/2 hours waiting for my vehicle. I stayed in the lounge area for four hours waiting for my vehicle. If I had been told 3.5 to 4 hours I wouldn’t have made other arrangements. I still think Honda service is great but you need to give customers realistic wait times.

Had my car for 15 days and still was not able to fix the issue.
On 15th day I get a text that car is ready for pick up.
I go there and they give me a paper which acknowledges the issue but said they could not isolate the issue and so did not fix it.
