Poor communication. Not honest about length or service. My car sat for 3 hours before it got a 30 minute service as I sat in the waiting lounge. I was the only person waiting for my vehicle. I am diabetic and let him know I made an appointment for that reason. I cannot sit and wait for long periods of time. Assisting people with disabilities is more important. At the end of the service he didn’t even apologize or be more understanding that I am diabetic and didn’t offer a shuttle or anything

While the service manger, Juan, was extremely helpful and kind, I had a 4 1/2 hour wait for a simple service. With an appointment at 7:30am, I was told my car was “next in line” at 9:45am. I’m not sure what the purpose of an appointment is, if it takes over two hours for the car to be looked at.

We had an exceptional experience with Juan at the Honda service center. Despite being initially informed that my Honda Odyssey's AC issue would take 3-4 days to resolve due to other cars with recalls, Juan made sure we were taken care of the same day. This was crucial as we were planning to drive back to the Bay Area in just 2 days with 2 young kids and a senior dog, and the summer heat made AC repair a necessity.
I had made an appointment 3 days earlier, but no one informed us about the AC recall for other Honda models. It was quite disheartening to receive a phone call early in the morning after dropping off our car. However, Juan's compassion and understanding came to the rescue.
I genuinely appreciate Juan's dedication and commitment to resolving our issue promptly. His swift action and consideration for our situation saved our trip and made our journey much more comfortable. Honda is truly fortunate to have such a caring and efficient individual on their team. Thank you, Juan, for making things right and ensuring our safety and comfort.
