My service was great, however I noticed that no one picks up the service phone number ****-****-xxxx. I called twice, and both times the phone rang for a long time, then went to a voice message box with the name “Breanna”. So, I couldn’t get a hold of the service center to check on the status of my vehicle.

It started with the greeting, the gentleman who helped me wasn’t very friendly very short in words, I had both my daughters with me who were young and he wasn’t very accommodating of me even though I had an appointment he said it was going to take me 4 hours for the oil change B1 to be done. I was very disappointed by the service you guys provided today from the beginning all the way to the person who dropped us off to picking up my car. I always come here but this will be the last time I come
