David was great. It was a simple visit, but he made it easy by understanding my needs and making the appropriate suggestions, services and support. I’d come back to David every time.
The phone system was frustrating today though. It took me 10-15 times to get a hold of David in service. The phone would either send me to some random voicemail, or just ring. I needed to call before close, so I had to keep trying.

I have been taking my Hondas to Hardin Honda for servicing for over 10 years. I can honestly say I have never had a bad experience at Hardin. Everyone is very helpful, knowledgeable and most of all friendly. I unfortunately bought my Honda at Norm Reeves and will never do business with them again. The way they run their dealerships and treat customers is deplorable. But whatever the formula the chemistry or the work ethic that is expected this dealership always delivers. Thank you so much.
