No service was provided. Waiting 3-4 days for a diagnoses is unacceptable. It doesn’t take much time to run quick basic diagnostics to see if the fix was something simple. If the issue wasn’t simple then I understand things can take time but I wasn’t given an option other than my car would be needed til weds/Thurs. leaving me without a vehicle .
