I initially called to schedule my vehicle for a recall, but when I showed up to the dealership we were told it was going to take a couple of days, and was never told when I made the call to schedule that it was going to take a couple days. So we rescheduled for the following week expecting that it was going to take a couple of days because that is was we were told when we scheduled it a second time, but when we showed up the second time, we were told it was going to take about 4 days. We were told that it was especially busy due to air conditioner recalls, but why would they schedule us quoting a couple days. You should only schedule for what you are quoting the customer. This was very upsetting having to come back multiple times.
