Juan Ayala was friendly and very professional. He acknowledge me as soon as I came in! He explained about the type of service that they provide and the inspection that they will do to my vehicle. I tried to explain to him that I was hearing some strange noise in my car and he said he would have the mechanics look in to it.
When my vehicle was done he informed me of the things that they did and what my vehicle will need in the near future. Very grateful for accurate time frame he gave me when the work would be complete. Kuddos to Juan and to Honda Center for having excellent people working in the service department.

First, Cesar was great! No problem there. My dissatisfaction is with your dealership being unable to deal with my car's truly awful AM radio. I think this is probably a design issue, but you, as a dealership, need some way to address design issues like this.
