I wasted half a day waiting for my car it was an entire waste of my day then i was lied to about my pick up time as well as them saying that my car was almost done when it wasnt they advised saying my car update was done and it never was done yet. Its a waste of time to make an appointment early in the morning to then still have to wait for the walk ins to be attended before me in that case why even make an appointment i had to do alot of errands and i was missing my car for 6 hours and they had said it would only take 3-4 hours then they say they were backed up since the second i got there at 9 am and still backed up when i went to check on my car 5 hours later all the other cars were also washed and they didnt wash mine i come here because i liked the service and after this they didnt even give me a good customer service talk or even try anything they just advised to call the manager since he wasnt there or come in until monday what kind of customer service is that?? There is obviously higher preference when men go in than a woman and my oil change is already covered so there is another loss that i dont pay them but it shouldnt have to matter whether a person has to purchase things to get good service i had to go in for a re call so its already a waste of time that a new car that i barely have 3 months with its already bad enough and i didnt plan on making an oil change the guy who helped me advised that i should because i was 500 miles left from an oil change and should already do it since i was already there. This was the second time i came the first time they told me it would take 3 -4 hours but i told them i couldnt because i had to go to work so that was the whole point on making an appointment and have to come back another day to get attended quickly i am very busy with work so i told them i needed it fixed asap because i never have enough time other days because of my work schedule. This shouldnt have to happen especially if a company wants to keep their customers after this visit it doesnt gove me a great satisfaction to continue coming back or even trying to buy more cars id rather pay for an oil change else where and not have to wait 6 hours for my car and on top of it i have a toddler so its hard to do things like an oil change that will take up 6 hours and a recall update that supposably should take less time than an oil change

Cezar always takes great care of me and my vehicles. I am the guy who drives over 40 minutes to Hardin Honda because of Cezar and the service team. I pass many Honda dealers on my way to Hardin Honda but they don’t have Cezar there to help me. I live about 10 minutes away from a Honda dealership and again they don’t have Cezar. I truly appreciate Cezar and his help.

When I brought the vehicle in I told the service rep that the air turned off and on and that the last mechanic had replaced or worked on wiring on the compressor.
IF your mechanic had checked that wire first and saw that moving it around caused the air to go off and on, And felt it had been “tampered with” and they couldn’t work on that wiring because it had been tampered with, That should have been enough to stop any further work to my vehicle.
Am I wrong?

Had to call multiple times just to get ahold of someone. I’ve been put on long holds on some occasions. Never given an update as promised. Had to initiate call just to get an update. Text is useless as well. Nobody answered me back.
