This was the worst service I have ever experienced at ANY Honda dealership. Will NEVER be coming back. Cezar was USELESS and so was the rest of the staff with the exception of someone named David who was the ONLY person who provided me with any update and information on my vehicle that had been dropped off at 9am and was not returned until 3 pm. I had no idea that oil changes lasted 6 hours since they USUALLY only take about an hour at a competent dealership. Thank you Cezar, you offered nothing. Also, answer your damn phones next time. I KNOW you’re not THAT busy.
