Today 6/30/23 I turn on the AC for the second time after the repair on 6/28/23.
The air was too hot, cool air never came out. It looks like all refrigerant went out. It means that the A/C was not checked for leaks after the refrigerant was placed in. What is the dealer will fix my A/C? PLEASE RESPOND TO ME. THANK YOU.

Thank you David..He went above and beyond on my vehicle being service..I went in for a failed battery that was covered by my limited warranty and also got my l.e.d light fixed as well. I didn't know I had the warranty until David mentioned that it was also covered under the Honda's 10 yrs warranty which saved me $1000 out of pocket..much appreciated!!

I made this appointment in advance for 3 recalls and oil change!( Which wasn’t needed but I thought since I’m going to have the car there) I dropped it off Wed. So they could start first thing Thursday morning! I never received a call so I called at noonish and I’m pretty sure they hadn’t even started on it so lo and behold they want it all day Friday too. I refused! My husband was a Service writer for over 20 years and he said this was horrible customer service and I agree and yes I’m angry! Maybe I won’t get another Honda, Toyota was much better with customer service!
