Chris is an excellent service rep. He is adept at LISTENING to determine what the clients concerns and needs are. I was concerned about protecting my car from rats that are a real danger to autos in Laguna Niguel where I live. He provided suggestions and advice that will help me protect the vehicle, and he also qualified it that Hardin could not install protective devices for me, but gave me various ideas about how to accomplish this. So when he recommended changing air filters to protect the vehicle and the occupants I didn’t hesitate to spend the extra money!!
