Our recall paperwork notes that the repair would take 1.5 hours. We scheduled an appointment for Mon 11:15am knowing the kids had to be picked up at 2pm and were told the car would need to be there overnight. Tuesday, I called at 9:30am and was told maybe it would be ready by the late afternoon. I said no, we have to have the car to pick up the kids at 2pm and we dropped the car off the previous day. The team had the vehicle for 10 hours of operating business hours for a job that should have been completed in 2-3 hours at most. What was the point of making an appointment? Then the team also removed one of the car seats that I installed. Why was a car seat removed to work on the engine? If it was going to be removed it should have been put back! My husband picked up the kids and didn't know how to reinstall it leading to a problem at pickup. I'm so tired of the challenges we keep experiencing here.
