It was efficient, friendly, and no attempt to upsell any unnecessary services. I had a different experience at another Honda service site where I felt they were asking me to do a lot of repairs for a certified Honda preowned vehicle with less than a year of ownership. I would return here over the other site and Zach was very friendly

When calling in to speak with someone in the service department needs some work. I let them know what was going on with my vehicle and what they said was don't bring it in today we are to busy. They did not even suggest getting it towed in. This was on Saturday. So I called again on Monday and basically I was given the same answer they would not have a chance to look at it today. I had to speak with a manager which should not have been necessary.
