I made an appointment for 8:30 a.m. Monday
I didn’t get my car back until 3:00 p.m.
It just went in for a maintenance.
I called around 11:30 a.m. not ready yet.
They called around 12:30 p.m. said it was ready.
The Honda driver didn’t pick me up until 2:54 p.m.
So no I was not happy at all with Hondas service at all!!!!!

Yes, I was happy with the service however, I am not happy with the fact that I can’t schedule an oil change or tire rotation. I have a busy life, who doesn’t. Scheduling an event like this is a big part of my life, because I have to wait for my car each time.
