Darin was courteous, professional and has a great sense of humor, so very personable. His communication at every step, from my arrival at the express service, without an appointment, was clear and timely. Having moved to Anaheim just a few months ago, from Pasadena, this was my first time taking my Honda Fit to HardinHonda. I was very impressed with the level of service I received, and at a reasonsble cost for the replacement of brakes I had done. I will happily return next time I need any work done on my car.

mechanics. I do have a problem with the severe miscommunication that was systematic throughout the whole process. I received three different invoices for the same job request. Juan Ayala said my approved invoice quote for work was around 2600 then called two days later to followed up with a different gentleman on my car repairs and then was told my invoice was 1500s and then when I arrive to pick up the car my invoice turned into 3060....not a good business practice.
