Juan met me at my CRV after only a very short wait. He explained the work to be completed telling me it would be completed in 90 minutes or so. In 90 minutes Juan found me. Job was done. He then politely answered a few questions. This was my first service visit. I am impressed! Juan was polite, friendly, Informative, and he made my first visit a good one.

I’m hoping I don’t need a new cabin filter every couple months. I’m perplexed as to how it got so dirty from the time the Service Mgr removed it and tapped it on the ground to shake off all the white flakes since the noticed it was still a bright white. Then a few weeks later, on Fri 1/24/26, I returned and it was very dirty and kindly was replaced free of charge. I’m also hoping that American Honda will replace the scratched headlights. I sent them photos today and I included a photo of the new cabin filter laying next to the dirty one. Thank you for replacing it so quickly.
