The guys that help me always very helpful and honest. I don’t feel like I am being taking advantage of, so it makes me want to come back. It’s a bit of a drive for me to come and get my oil changed, but I still make an effort because I like the service. A few times I have come it has been really crowded and I have had to wait 2-4hrs, which I’m not complaining. But i have been asked to leave my car overnight to service. But what is frustrating is im never left with a car to take home. Both my husband wk ty Lexus and friend with Mazda ALWAYS take care of them to give them a car even if the have to wait a bit. I was told I can use the service car to take me “only 10 miles” which I live 15 miles. So now just taking an under since I don’t have a ride.
It’s just frustrating and makes me want to take my car down the street for the convience.
