Cezar was one of most helpful service advisors I’ve ever had. From day one to today he went the extra mile in every way possible. I hope if I ever have any other issues they can be handled by him. Because it’s people like him that will keep me coming to Hardin Honda. Hardin Honda is 13.6 miles away from my home. I have a Honda dealer that is 3 miles away that I refuse to go to because of the bad service I encountered there last time 5 yrs ago. So Cezar Melena thank you again for all that you do.

I was very grateful for Adrian’s assistance and quick work. I had a dead battery in the afternoon and I was afraid that I’d need an appointment or would need to leave my car at Honda overnight. However, Adrian was able to squeeze me into his schedule day-of without an appointment to replace my battery. I also appreciated that the battery was changed within the hour. Throughout the process, Adrian was professional and kind. I am grateful he went out of his way to help me as a walk-in and also that he made sure my service was quick and efficient.
