This was my first visit to your service department and everything was awesome from start to finish. Especially Cezar, great customer service all around and I will definitely be coming back for more services.

Cezar, is the absolute best in taking care of all of my vehicles needs. He always makes sure I understand what needs to be done. I have been coming to Hardin Honda for years and Cezar and Gerry are the reason. I will remind you I drive 45 minutes to get there and pass at least 8 other Honda dealerships on my way. I am 8 minutes away from a local Honda dealership but will never go there to have my vehicles serviced, because Cezar and Gerry are only at Hardin Honda!

I would like the workers to be more mindful of time. I brought my car in for service and was offered a shuttle home. I was told it would be 45 minutes. One hour later I went up to ask where my shuttle was and was told it would be another 45 minutes. the shuttle arrived 1 hour and 50 minutes after the initial time frame. Also I was told my car would be kept overnight and was asked if it was okay. I said yes. It was kept two nights not one as initially requested. Again greater attention needs to be taken when giving time frames. When workers are careless about giving accurate time frames it gives the impression that workers dont give a ****. They dont care about my time or the fact I cant do my job because I dont have a car.
