Simon was very polite and courteous and accommodating. Completely satisfied with the interaction with him.
However at the end of the service I was told there is something wrong with oil leaking / deposit, but it was not made clear to me what exactly was wrong and what needs to be done. I was told to go and check with the main (not express) service center.
I went there and they said they could not take my car in for the day( it’s understandable).
A red box is checked on my multipoint vehicle inspection checklist, and I am very concerned as I don’t know what is wrong and what needs to be done.

Chris was rude in the beginning. I rushed to his desk to let him know I had an appointment because I pulled up a minute before my appointment time. He said he would be right with me with a tone like as if he got upset I went up to his desk and asked me to wait in my car. I told him I had an appointment and he said he would be right with me that everyone had appointments. I’ve always been a walk in and today I had set an appointment and I waited 2 hours with 3 of my kids! 3 people that showed up after me left before I did! Even the car that pulled up after I did got to leave before I do. I probably won’t come back to this dealer anymore!
