Alfredo Mejia did not inform me that there was shuttle service after telling me the wait to perform the work was about three hours. After about a half hour waiting in the customer lounge I looked online and discovered there’s shuttle service. So I asked another person in service and he said sure, they had shuttle service. I got home and when my car was ready, I expected a ride back to Hardin Honda. I asked Alfredo how do I get back and he said take an Uber. I never would have taken the ride home if I knew I didn’t have a ride back to Hardin. I paid almost $20 for a five mile ride back. I want to be reimbursed for the Lyft ride.

Upon waiting for my service I noticed it was taking longer than usual. So I send a message and no response. I wait for a few minutes for a response and since I didn’t receive any response I approached the service desk and ask a different representative for the status of my vehicle, due to my representative not being there. He said it was done and that the cashier can help with the payment. I asked the cashier what time was my vehicle ready. He said 8:15 and I send the message around 9:00. Not sure where the error occurred that waited and the car has been ready for over an hours.
