Zach went above and beyond to try and fix the issue on the new car 2026 CRV we bought at Cerritos Honda less than three months ago. We appreciated his honesty, respect, and care. He called when he said he would, listened to our concerns, and explained everything throughly. Zach is an excellent representative of Hardin Honda and I hope he is treated as such. I will always come back to Hardin, because of Zach. The one complaint I do have is why was I able to make an appointment on Monday afternoon at 2:30, and my car not seen until Wednesday? What is the value of making an appointment?
