I had an appointment on 3/6 @ 8:00 for a recall replacement of fuel pump and ac compressor. Was waiting at dealer. I noticed the car was not moved at least for 4 hours or could have been longer. I got the car back at 4. I was told that they needed the car all day because it takes time to replace the fuel pump, meanwhile the car was sitting for at least 4 hours. I was under the impression that appointments were given priority, that’s why I was advised to make an appointment in the first place. I’m very dissatisfied with the appointment process, never have I waited that long with an appointment.

I’m abit disappointed. My car was serviced but I was. It given any detailed information for multipoint inspection. How was the engine filter cabinet filter etc. no tire rotation and no info about the tread life or car battery life etc. i took my car to service at autonation Honda Costa Mesa it was totally different. And my car always delivered with free car wash. Thanks
