If you have a warranty issue or something that needs to get fixed which you already paid for, expect to be disappointed. I would usually let one bad experience slide but there is a trend of unwillingness to address issues for work already done. I took in my 26 Passport on 3/7/2026 to have a routine oil change, tire rotation, and alignment performed. I usually dread going in on Saturdays and especially since I went in at 8am, I already had the expectations of it taking a few hours. By 11am, my car was ready. Service provided by Juan was great, work was done in a reasonable time, no issues. During the week, I noticed my alignment was a little off, so I decided to take it back the following Saturday 3/14/2026. This time I arrived at 6:30am well before their opening time of 7am. Expecting for this to take 2 hours max, Cezar went on to tell me how they might not be able to see the car today, because the people who helped me out were not there, and that Saturday they were at half staff. All this did not make sense. When you go somewhere and the person who assisted you is not there, you usually get taken care of by someone else. Also Saturdays are their most busiest days, how would management not anticipate this and plan accordingly to have adequate coverage? What he called transparency, I got as excuses and discouragement from having them review the work already done on the car. I told him that it felt as if I was being deprioritized because I already paid for my service and was there to have it re-addressed because it was not done correctly. I bet you if I was a new customer paying that day, I would not have gotten so much push back and nonsense about how long it would take to have the car looked at. Instead, my family and I have been loyal Hardin Honda customers for well over 20 years. My family too has expressed previous annoyance of how they have had service/warranty issues at Hardin Hardin where they get resistance, push back, and are deprioritized. I took much longer to write this review and post it then it would've taken them to look at my alignment again. It probably wouldn't have taken that long, but just that initial approach and attitude of "we don't have time" leaves you feeling beyond disappointed.
