I am completely satisfied with the patience and understanding that was shown to me by Cezar Melena. Unfortunately we met when I was at the end of my patience with things that had been going on with my Honda Pilot. I had bought the used converted Honda Pilot for my husband because he had recently put into a very large and heavy battery run wheelchair. I found out, after having purchased it, that I needed to navigate between VMI and Condo when making decisions to have it fixed. It worked fine for the first month or so that I had it, but after that, the safety bags did not work and are still not working. I realize how much damage could be done without the safety bags so I needed to have some proof that what they did to the car causes to happen they will not sell my car because they no longer deal with Honda pilots. And I really don’t want to sell my car I like having it, but I do want to have it safe so I’m trying to get the corporate office to do something about the safety aspect anyway. Cezar Melena has been extremely patient and understanding with me!
