I brought my daughters car in and got a ride home but because it was more than 10 miles they wouldn't pick me up to come get it. I got a ride this evening and picked up the car. There was a weird rattling noise while I was getting off the day. I pulled over and looked under the car (it's dark out) and can see the under panel is hanging on by ONE screw! I called but the service desk is closed (at 2 minutes after 7) and the phone just keeps ringing. Can't leave a message. My husband is on his way now to take a look. VERY poor service, I believe!
