David torrisi jr was great! He let me know promptly on what's going to be doneand the time frame of when to pick up my vehicle. He is easy to talk to and he tries to work around what I need and want. I got my trunk fixed finally when I went in for a recall on my vehicle...the price was a bit pricey due to the parts having to be ordered, and I also got an oil change same day as recall... he let me take my car home and come vcm when parts came in to get come back and fix my trunk as well as pay for the oil change I got before. When I finally came in, he was very easy going and cool about the payment trying to help me out and ended up waiving my oil change I owed previously. He's awesome and he's very polite and has great customer service. I'd refer him for any type of service needs or sales needs.
