The service was great... Omar was great. But there were 2 guys in the service intake area that were laughing, whispering, snickering. I assumed they were just goofing off and joking with each other. But they were still at it when I came to pick up my car. IDK, they just seemed unprofessional. Also after I paid, it seemed to take a long time to get my car. Perhaps I was just anxious to go.

The loose molding that was replaced to try & fix the rattling/clicking noise I keep hearing didn't solve the problem. I tried calling for 30 min after I picked up my car to let them know it wasn't fixed, but there was no answer. So I plan on stopping by again tomorrow afternoon to see what else can be done. This noise is driving me crazy, so much so I hate driving it anywhere!

Went back twice after picking up my car. First time
was because they did something with the battery and the
radio and other features were disabled . The second time
I went back was because the oil life indicator was not reset. When I
pick up my car after bringing it in for service, I just want to get in my car and go.
I expect all those details to be taken care of. Omar was very pleasant and professional. He took care of everything for me when I came back. Just makes me wonder what else was over looked.
