I wasn't contacted when my car was ready to be picked up! I ended up having to call late Thursday afternoon for the status of my car to find out it was ready for pick up! Then on Friday afternoon I got a text saying my car was ready for pick up, after I obviously got it the day before. Improvement is needed in contacting customers & keeping them informed in a timely manner.

I was really happy with the attentiveness and frequent follow-up from Alfredo throughout the time I was in the waiting room. I had decided to wait several hours and do work from my laptop, so I was plenty occupied and busy while major repairs were being done to my car. Despite the fact that I was willing to wait, he still came over several times to follow up on progress with the servicing of my car. That was great service.

We were in for service our 2 weeks old Honda CRV to repair a window defect. My wife drove out of the dealer and can feel something wrong with the wheel on the front passenger side. She checked but couldn't see it so she continued to drive again. And the sound still there on and off and eventually she has to exit freeway and checked again. This time she found out there is a bid screw on the tire. So she went back and explained to dealer but you guys denied that was your fault. Now we have to spend money to fix the tire caused by you.
