Byron was very helpful and quickly attended to what i needed for my 10:45 appointment
Two prior service agents did not
In the express/oil change section i waited 20 minutes while the agent attended to everyone else and seemed more content chatting w/customers vs attending to me. Then he said the computers were down. After using computers w/all the prior customers today
Then another agent in service used the computers as an excuse to not help. Byron did process me w/o the computers
