Yes after long many months I found Omar Cabrera who perfectly did a great customer service. He explains in details what’s the issues for my CRV special edition. He even personally assisted me & my husband to point to my car the problem why it has to be fixed. We need to agree the recommended repairs after it was discussed by Omar, it was proven & shown my car for that piece of problem needs action, attention & repairs ASAP to avoid bigger expenses in the future, save my car & use it safely. I declined service due to expense repair for my electric window. However , tech failed to raise BACK up my window up on rear driver side forcing me to pay for repair that I had declined. He failed to apply electrical assessment cost to the cost of repair window. His explanation was not clear.
